This appears to be a 80’s volkswagen with a very interesting front end.

Is is this art?

Is it an attempt to make for better cornering?

Is it some sort of odd design to
Somehow improve traction on this fwd car?

Most likely not on the last two guesses but hey it’s fun to guess right?
