MPx Crash bar for use with 2003-2005 Dodge SRT-4’s, updated fitment list.

Just a quick update on the MPx crash bar – it will not fit with the AGP RACE front mount intercooler, which uses a 4 inch thick core. Furthermore, it probably wont fit any intercooler with a core thicker than 3.5 inches.

We do know it will fit the following intercoolers:
MPx Intercooler (it was designed originally to fit with the MPx intercooler)
Spearco Monster intercooler
Godspeed intercooler

At this time, we do not have a way to test fit other brands of intercoolers with our crash bar.

For those of you who have a 2003-2005 Dodge SRT-4 you probably already know that if you want to install a larger front mount intercooler you have to remove your factory OEM crashbar. This removes some of the protection you would have had from frontal impacts. So, we have designed a steel crashbar that is designed to install with the factory mounting points that can be used with larger intercoolers.
