A Neon SRT-4 customer contacted us today asking if the LED turn signals can be changed so that instead of them being super white they would be orange.
We’re posting photos today to show the bulbs, bulb light output and that give more information in case anyone with a 2003-2005 Neon or 2003-2005 Neon SRT-4 want to change their LED bulbs out.
Here we have the Halo Projector headlight with the led turn signals lit up. You can see they are super white in color output.
The led bulbs can be removed fairly easily, and they are a 168 / 194 type bulb. You can easily find this size in your local auto parts store like Kragen, Oreillys, Autozone, etc. Finding a LED bulb in that size can sometimes be hard.
We actually happened to have some 194 orange bulbs which we tried out for kicks, however the light output is pretty dim. This shows that the bulbs are interchangeable though, so in case you find another LED type 168/194 bulb you can definitely swap them out.
