Came across this in the junkyard this morning.. Title : How NOT to fix a radiator

This morning we were looking for a few pieces for our Lemons race car for this weekend and we came across a 1997-1998 Dodge Neon with Dohc engine and automatic transmission. Its pretty rare to find a Dohc in a junkyard these days so it caught our eye. Then, THIS caught our eye;


Looks like this cars previous owner had a leak, and they decided to fix it by doing some homemade fiberglassing!

We hope it worked, but wonder why they didnt just buy a new aftermarket radiator for $70 or less.
