Another example of why its very important to pack items carefully when shipping them..

We want to continue to stress how important it is to properly package items when you ship them by USPS/Fedex/UPS.

Today we received a 2003-2005 Dodge SRT-4 intake manifold and a stage 3 pcm from a customer.

Evidently the pcm wasnt packaged very well, and that combined with UPS throwing the box around allowed the intake manifold to crash into the stage 3 pcm.

Heres whats happened to the stage 3 pcm.  As you can see the heat sinks have broken off the pcm. Now, the pcm should still be functional thankfully, but this damage could have been avoided altogether if better packaging was used.

Again guys, please dont take this as lecturing, we are only hoping to avoid damage like this in the future because its easily prevented !!
