Just finished painting about 75 Dodge Caliber A pillar pods!

Most of you already know that we have a custom A Pillar pod made to install gauges into the 2008-2009 Dodge Caliber SRT-4. What most of you might not know is the process involved in getting these ready to install. We go through a multi step process to paint these IN HOUSE.

First, we take the manufactured pod in black, clean it, prime it, then paint it with a color matched paint to match the factory A pillar pod color.

Afterwards, we check each pod to make sure it passes our quality control, let them air dry for 24-48 hours, and then hand wrap each one in bubble wrap.

Its a long process, but its what we need to do to make sure each pod is a perfect color match, ready to install into your vehicle.
