We’re now finished with our prototype front crash bar for use with larger intercoolers on 2003-2005 Dodge SRt-4’s.
We’ve seen other crash bars for use with the 2003-2005 Dodge SRT-4 that were made out of flimsy round 1 inch tubing that looked pretty but wouldnt do anything in any sort of impact. So we set out to make a SUPER strong crash bar that would fit with a larger intercooler but also help protect the front end of the car.
We designed this to also help brace the chassis, for better handling and less flex of the front end.
Its made completely out of 14 gauge rectangular steel which is super strong and then welded together. The end result is an incredibly strong crash bar ! It uses all existing bolt holes so no drilling is needed. No modification is needed to the bumper or any other part of your car.
